If you decide to leave, we want to make it easy and transparent. Here's how.
You can request deletion of your account and personal data from FahuShop at any time. We process every request, no exceptions or questions needed.
๐๏ธ What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:
- ๐ค Your profile: name, email and phone number
- ๐ฆ Your saved addresses
- ๐ณ Payment methods saved to your account (doesn't affect transactions already processed by your bank)
- โค๏ธ Your wishlist and preferences
โฑ๏ธ How Long It Takes
We process deletion requests within 30 days of your request. You'll get a confirmation email once the process is complete.
โ ๏ธ One Important Exception
By law, we must retain certain order information (invoices, transaction history) for tax and accounting purposes for as long as required by your country's regulations. This information is kept separate from your active profile and is never used for any other purpose.

You can also send your request by email to support@fahushop.com from the email linked to your account, with 'Delete my account' as the subject. We process these requests with the same priority.
