📦 Order Processing
Once you place your order we process it within 24–48 hours. You'll get a confirmation email right away and a second email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships. We work with verified international suppliers, so your product travels straight from their warehouse to you — that's how we keep prices this accessible.
⏱️ Delivery Times
Here are the estimated delivery times by region. These are good-faith estimates and may vary due to customs, weather or peak season:
💡 During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) deliveries may take a few extra days. If your order exceeds the estimated time, write to us and we'll investigate right away.
🔍 Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number you'll receive by email. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 days, write to us and we'll check directly with the carrier. If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated window, you're entitled to request a reshipment or a full refund.
💰 Shipping Costs, Taxes & Customs
We offer free shipping on orders over $25 USD. For smaller orders the exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your location. Some countries may apply import taxes or duties set by your customs authority; when that's the case we'll tell you clearly before you confirm payment.
