Our products travel from international warehouses to your door, and on journeys that long hiccups sometimes happen. When they do, nobody here is left on their own: FahuShop takes charge. We manage the case end-to-end with suppliers and carriers and resolve it with you — recovering your product with a replacement or giving your money back. It's that simple.
✅ What's Covered
You can request a return or refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your order if:
- 📸 The product arrived damaged, defective or doesn't work as described (photos help us resolve it faster)
- 📦 You received the wrong item or a different variant than the one you chose
- ⏰ Your order never arrived within the estimated delivery window
- 💭 You simply changed your mind — unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days
🔄 How It Works
Email soporte@fahushop.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We reply within 24 hours.
We open the case with the supplier and the carrier. You don't deal with anyone else — we do all the back and forth.
Depending on the case we send a free replacement or process your refund. Most cases are resolved in 5–10 business days.
🌎 International Orders
Since products ship from international warehouses, you often won't need to return the physical item (return shipping can cost more than the product). In most cases we resolve it with a replacement or refund without you shipping anything back. If a physical return is ever required we'll give you clear instructions — and when the issue is on us or the product, at no shipping cost to you.
💳 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. You'll get a confirmation email when it's processed. How soon it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
This policy is our minimum commitment to you and in no case limits, replaces or waives the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country (such as PROFECO in Mexico, the FTC in the United States, the EU right of withdrawal, or equivalent bodies in your region). If your local law gives you a longer period or broader coverage, that law always prevails. Any questions — write to us and we'll review it together.
